📌 Section 1 — Ordering & Payment
- Pick products: choose flavors, nicotine strength and quantity on product pages (usually by box).
- Screenshot & contact: take a screenshot (or copy links) and send via WhatsApp/email for stock check.
- Confirm quote: We confirm stock & send you an all-in EU quote with EU all-in price (taxes & shipping included) and payment info.
- Transfer funds: once paid, we dispatch on the credited-funds rule (see below).
- Tracking: we share tracking after the parcel leaves our EU warehouse.
- Inspect on delivery: check outer carton, inner boxes and units; report DOA/shortage within 48h.
Funds credited by 12:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8) → same business day dispatch. After cut-off → next business day. Peak season may add +1 business day.

Most transfers credit within 1 business day. Dispatch follows the 12:00 CST (UTC+8) credited-funds rule.
Quotes are in EUR by default. If you prefer USD/GBP, tell us before payment and we will issue a matching proforma invoice.And provide the payment account in the corresponding currency.
📌 Section 2 — Shipping & Delivery
We ship from EU warehouses in Spain / Germany / Poland with EU all-in pricing (taxes & shipping included).
- Spain / Portugal: 2–3 business days
- France / Germany / Netherlands / Belgium / Luxembourg / Austria: 2–4 business days
- Italy / Poland: 3–5 business days
- Other EU lanes (standard): 3–6 business days
Tracking is provided after dispatch.
- No DHL parcel stations / lockers or P.O. Boxes
- Provide full street address with contact name & phone
- Re-delivery for wrong/incomplete addresses is billed at carrier actuals

We replace defective units based on reasonable DOA rate standards.
Each brand/product has its own shipping rules, and these are indicated on each product detail page.Generally speaking, the shipping rules are as follows (for reference only)
- Standard MOQ: 1 box (10 pcs). Quantities increase by box multiples (10, 20, 30…)
- Higher starting MOQ (60 pcs) for: Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Sweden, Bulgaria, Ireland, Greece, Croatia, Finland (mix flavors allowed)
Bulk tiers auto-apply on cart or invoice. Large orders can ship from China for more flexible flavor mix & pricing.
📌 Section 4 — Compliance & Documentation (EU Guidelines)
Report within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of outer carton + shipping label
- Photos of inner boxes
- Photos/videos of affected units
- Count by flavor/batch
Verified cases are credited or replaced in your next order (no cash refunds).
Wholesale only: non-defective returns are not accepted after dispatch. Any return requires written RMA.
Before shipment: free to cancel or modify.
After shipment: two-way freight and handling fees apply; non-defective returns are not accepted.
We offer a selection of SKUs that follow EU guidelines regarding packaging, warnings and formulation.
For business buyers, we can provide basic product information upon request.
