For partners trading in the UK, we work with brands that can provide, where applicable:

• UKCA / UK Conformity Assessment or transition-equivalent markings
• Notification and listing information for disposable products supplied to the UK market
• Labelling aligned with UK-specific health warnings and local language requirements.

For each brand and product line, we require:

• Regulatory documentation from the manufacturer, such as:

1. EU/UK TPD notification details (where the manufacturer has registered the product)
2. Declarations of Conformity (DoC)
3. Safety data sheets (SDS/MSDS)
4. Emissions and toxicology test summaries, where available.

• Packaging & artwork checks

1. Presence of mandatory health and nicotine warnings in the target languages
2. Nicotine strength, volume and ingredient lists where required
3. Age limitation symbols and “not for minors” messaging
4. No youth-oriented characters, claims or imagery that may conflict with national rules.

• Batch-level traceability

1. Manufacturer batch codes on products and cartons
2. Clear mapping between batches and documents for recall or investigation purposes.

While regulations differ by country, these internal standards allow us to maintain a consistent baseline of safety and documentation for our partners across Europe.

Upon request and subject to brand policies, we can share or facilitate access to:

• Product specification sheets and line-ups
• Manufacturer Declarations of Conformity
• TPD notification evidence (such as product identifiers where available)
• Safety data sheets and nicotine handling guidance
• Packaging mock-ups or label screenshots for your internal compliance checks.

Many documents are confidential between the manufacturer and regulators. Where we cannot share a document directly, we will explain what is available and how it is controlled.

We are not a law firm and cannot replace your own regulatory or legal advisors. What we can do is make compliance simpler and more transparent for your business:

• Product pre-screening – we curate brands that are already focused on EU/UK compliance and phase out products that no longer fit.
• Label & translation support – we can provide English-language text bases for warnings and product descriptions that you can adapt to local languages with your advisors.
• Supply-chain transparency – we provide clear information on country of origin, warehouses (Spain, Germany, Poland) and HS codes to assist with customs and audits.
• Recall & issue handling – in the event of a safety concern, we work with manufacturers and partners to trace batches, stop shipments and coordinate remedial actions quickly.

Vaping products are strictly for adults who are of legal age in their country.

• We supply B2B customers (shops, chains, online retailers and distributors).
• We also sell directly to retail customers, and the same compliance standards apply across both our wholesale and retail channels.
• We encourage partners to use age-verification measures online and offline and to avoid youth-oriented marketing.
• We do not permit our brands to be promoted as lifestyle toys, snacks or sweets and discourage flavour names, visuals or campaigns that obviously target minors.

If you operate in a jurisdiction with stricter local rules, your obligations may go further than the baseline described on this page.
