I have already my own customer base, and now I want to try creating my own brand.
What is the minimum order for custom brand?
2,000 pieces per design. You can mix flavors inside that number.
I only have a picture. Can you make the same or similar device?
Yes. Send us one photo (or a short video). We’ll find the same or a very close shell from our mold library, make a sample in 7–10 days, then mass-produce in 15–25 days after you confirm.
What can I customize?
Look, flavor, packaging, and safety.
Look: colors, logo, lighting (like bottom glow).
Flavor: sweetness, cooling, nicotine.
Packaging: box text, barcode, local warning text.
Safety: anti-leak design, battery protection.
Do I need to pay a mold fee?
For common designs, usually no mold fee (you pay materials & shipping only). For a unique shape, there may be a mold cost—we’ll tell you clearly before we start.
How is the process?

Can you ship from China? What are the advantages?
Yes. China-origin offers more flexible pricing, more flavors/packaging choices, and mixed wholesale across brands/flavors/quantities. Fully insured logistics with no customs worries—issues are covered per insurance terms.
What’s the MOQ and mixing policy?
Standard cartons recommended(200pcs), but mixing brands/flavors/quantities is supported to test market and expand SKUs quickly.
Shipping methods & lead time—DDP available?
Arrive by air, delivered by courier or truck.; DDP (tax-paid to door) available. Typical lead time 7–18 days (varies by country) with full tracking.
How do you handle after-sales?
Transport issues → insurance claim; quality issues → After-sales service; We promise that customer experience will be our top priority. We will do our best to assist customers in solving their problems.
The quantity I need is not much / I'll use it myself
Do you have EU local stock?
Yes. EU warehouses (e.g., Germany/CZ nodes): 2–5 days delivery, MOQ from 1 box, free shipping threshold, fair pricing—ideal for quick top-ups or group buys.
Can I mix flavors freely?
Sorry, our European warehouse currently does not support mixed flavors. It can only be sold in whole boxes (10 pieces each).Perhaps we will improve our services in the future.
Taxes & after-sales?
EU local delivery means no taxs. Any quality issues can be discussed with our after-sales staff. We will solve them for you.
Is my payment secure?
