This page summarizes product compliance, safety warnings, labeling standards, and downloadable statements for ZOOY products sold in the EU/UK and other regions. For any tender or distributor onboarding, we can issue product-specific certificates and SDS on request.

What We Comply With？

EU TPD / CLP labeling (Article 20) — nicotine strength, ingredients disclosure, toxicological warnings, tactile triangle where required
CE (safety/EMC where applicable), RoHS, REACH SVHC statement
WEEE & Battery take-back symbols on retail packs; disposal guidance included
UK market: UKCA/notification equivalents where applicable
Packaging: EU warning panels and country language packs available per customer route

Declarations & Downloads

Product-specific SDS (Safety Data Sheets) and lab test reports (where applicable) are supplied to wholesale partners on request. Use the WhatsApp button above or email emy@vaporeur.com.

Age & Safety Warnings

18+ only. Not for minors, non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding persons, or people with respiratory conditions

Contains nicotine (where stated). Nicotine is an addictive chemical

Use only the supplied/approved Type-C 5V chargers. Do not use damaged cables or high-voltage “fast” bricks

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight; keep out of reach of children and pets

Follow local regulations for battery and e-waste recycling

Labeling & Packaging Standards

Retail packaging includes EU warning blocks, nicotine strength, ingredient disclosure (nicotine salt %, VG/PG, flavourings), batch/lot and date coding

Tactile warning triangle and CLP hazard statements where required

Multi-language panels available (EN/ES/FR/DE/IT/PL/NL etc.) — consolidated artwork on request

Market Notes

EU (General)

Complies with TPD labeling and CLP where applicable. Distributor is responsible for any country-level product notification/registration if required by the route-to-market.

UKCA/notification where applicable. Packaging with UK warning panels available. Contact us for UK-specific packs and documentation.

Restrictions

We do not ship to jurisdictions where local law prohibits sale of nicotine products. Final responsibility lies with the buyer to ensure compliance in their territory.

Recycling & Take-Back

Do not dispose of devices or pods in household waste. Recycle via WEEE streams

Batteries should be collected via local battery recycling points

Master cartons and inner boxes are recyclable; please follow local guidance

Brand Protection & Anti-Counterfeit

We protect our distributors with serial/batch traceability. Suspected counterfeits or grey imports can be reported to emy@vaporeur.com. Verification support available.
